Course is composed of 33 Lessons + 3 Additional Meditation Lessons

Each class includes both a talk and short guided meditation. Consistent attendance is important. Each lesson builds upon the last. To attend we ask for a weekly contribution to the running of the Centre of $10.

Following the First Chamber is an invitation to go further within to the meditation chamber.
